How Long Will It Take To Produce My Order?
Orders will be picked up once a week, on Thursday. Orders placed before Thursday can be picked up on the same week. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be picked up the next week. Individuals are welcome to come by anytime to pick up their order. If you would like to pick up your own order please give us 24 hours to pull the order.
 

What About Backorders?
Unfortunately, backorders do occur from time to time. If your order has an item that is on backorder we will inform you via phone, fax, or email about the shortage. We will let you know what the wait time is and then you will have the option to wait on the item or change to another item.
 

Can I return merchandise?
Absolutely! You may return merchandise for any reason. Please make sure that the product is returned in its original condition and we will be happy to give you a new product or a refund.
